Itinerary Details:

Day 1: Arrival in Lyon

Arrive in Lyon, Marseille, or Montpellier, or take the Eurostar from London to Paris, where you’ll be guided to board a high-speed TGV to Lyon. Transfer to the ship moored in Lyon’s historic center. Welcoming by the English-speaking crew, settling into spacious cabins, and familiarizing yourself with the floating hotel.


Day 2: Lyon

Guided tour of Lyon, exploring its Roman remains, Renaissance buildings, and UNESCO-listed Old Town. Lyon, renowned as France’s gastronomic capital, offers a plethora of culinary delights. Cruise upstream, enjoying the vine-clad slopes of Beaujolais hills and the picturesque villages along the way.


Day 3: Chalon & Beaune

Morning visit to Chalon, gateway to Burgundy, and a tour of nearby wine-producing villages. Explore medieval Beaune, home to the Hospices de Beaune, a jewel of High Gothic architecture. Visit the cellars of a traditional winemaker for a tour and tasting before returning to the ship.


Day 4: Vienne & Tournon
