Full Itinerary:

Day 1 Calgary Banff

After your flight, your scheduled transfer will take you to the charming mountain town of Banff. Relax in the Hot Springs or head up Sunshine Mountain on a scenic gondola ride to enjoy incredible views

Day 2 On-board Rocky Mountaineer from Banff to Kamloops

Today, board the Rocky Mountaineer to travel west. Enjoy some of the most spectacular sights in western Canada. Overnight in Kamloops

Day 3 On-board Rocky Mountaineer from Kamloops to Vancouver

The journey leads through the cowboy country ranch land of British Columbia passing lush forests. Arrive in Vancouver and make your way downtown, where you will have the rest of the evening to explore at leisure. Overnight Vancouver

Day 4 Alaska Cruise

Arrive at the cruise terminal in Vancouvers wonderful Canada Place. Check in to your stateroom for the next 10 days at sea on a journey of discovery to Alaska.

Day 5 Cruising the Inside Passage

The Inside Passage is an enchanting scenic waterway stretching from Vancouver all the way up to Alaska, including some of Alaskas beautiful islands that you will see along the way.

Day 6 Glacier Bay

You will never forget the sound of the glaciers calving as it sends a hush through the whole ship and you take in the enormous cliff-flanked fjords and remarkable wilderness. Enjoy a day of cruising through Glacier Bay which is a wildlife lovers dream with humpback and killer whales breaching the water below.

Day 7 Skagway, Alaska

Known as the best preserved Gold Rush town, Skagway is a very historical town with so much history and local charm to discover. Spend the day discovering the enchanting Gold Rush story and visiting the wonderful historical buildings that the gold prospectors built.

Day 8 Sitka

This hidden beauty on the west shore of Baranof Island is stepped in Russian heritage. Sitkas National Historical Park is the oldest National Park in Alaska and this makes for an extraordinary visit.

Day 9 Hubbard Glacier

Witness this magnificent natural beauty up close as you sail by this glacial wonder with its thundering calving that make towering icebergs that can be 3-4 stories in height.

Day 10 Icy Strait Point

Icy Strait Point is Alaska Native owned and operated which makes this community one of a kind on your cruise. Look out for whales the picturesque wilderness or view the bears on Chichagof Island, who outnumber humans.

Day 11 Juneau, Alaska

Home of one of the largest wilderness areas in the United States it is abundant with wildlife, including orca and humpback. Explore glaciers including the mighty Mendenhall Glacier, Juneaus most accessible glacier.

Day 12 Ketchikan, Alaska

Circled by lush green landscape and with evergreen mountains sprouting out of the waters, the surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful due to the abundant rainfall of the rainforest environment. Explore the historical town.

Day 13 At Sea

Returning back to the Canadian waters you will cruise the scenic Inside Passage again and keep your eyes peeled for the enchanting wildlife that call this coastline home.

Day 14 Victoria

The capital of British Columbia possesses a unique blend of historic charm and contemporary charisma. there is ample opportunity for whale watching and wildlife viewing.

Day 15 Fly from Vancouver End of the tour

Your cruise arrives back into port in the early morning, giving you time for a last whip around the shops in Vancouver, or a final afternoon in the sunshine by English Bay before you make your way to the airport for your return flight home.

You must complete an ESTA application at least 72 hours before flying. Any traveller who fails to complete an ESTA application at least 3 days before departure will almost certainly be refused entry into the country under new US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. If you are even considering visiting the States, its worth filling out an ESTA application now as they are valid for two years.
