Today provides two opportunities to spot wildlife in Ranthambore National Park. Embark on a morning and afternoon safari drive in search of leopards, monkeys and the elusive tigers. Opt to walk with locals through the ruins of the 1,000-year-old Ranthambore Fort and visit the Ganesh Temple.

Drive to Jaipur. Otherwise known as the Pink City, Jaipur was founded in 1728 and has the distinction of being one of the best-planned pre-modern cities.
