Here you can take a tour of the Royal Yacht Britannia, or head for Edinburgh city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Perhaps pay a visit to Duone Castle, which served as multiple locations in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
Fort William, Scotland
Arrive early morning. Depart late afternoon. Land by launch or tedner. Keep an eye out for views of distant Ben Nevis as you cruise to Fort William on the shores of Loch Linnhe this morning. You can pay a visit to the Glenfinnan Viaduct, crossed by the Hogwarts Express in the Harry Potter film series, and Glencoe, where James Bond’s estate is located in Skyfall. Later on you cruise across Loch Linnhe, through the Corran Narrows and past Duart Castle on the Isle of Mull.
Belfast, Northern Ireland
Arrive early morning. Depart late night. Overlooked by the rugged turrets of Belfast Castle, Northern Ireland’s capital boasts a fascinating interactive Titanic exhibition. Plus it’s within close proximity of Audley’s Castle and the Castle Ward Estate, both of which provided filming locations for HBO’s Game of Thrones.
Arrive early morning on May 27. Depart early afternoon on May 28. As well as two cathedrals, this compact city also squeezes in a host of museums, art galleries and castles begging to be explored. Pay a visit to the Guinness Storehouse, or head to Kilmainham Gaol, a former prison and one of the locations for The Italian Job.

Located on Cornwall’s beautiful south coast, Falmouth boasts miles of gorgeous coastline while attractions such as St Michael’s Mount, the Lizard Peninsula and the Eden Project are just a short distance away. The surrounding landscapes provided the location for the BBC’s Poldark and its 2015 remake. Perhaps pay a visit to Poldark Mine and the city of Truro, where Winston Graham was inspired to write the original novels.

From the Isle of Portland on the Dorset coast you’re well placed for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Jurassic Coast, or the nearby town of West Bay, whose harbour and beach provided locations for ITV’s Broadchurch.
