Vouchers can only be used against holidays. Only one voucher/voucher code can be used per booking. Vouchers can be replaced (i.e. if lost, stolen or destroyed) provided they have not been used. Just email us. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and may not be applied retrospectively. Discount vouchers are exclusively for those who have been given the vouchers by hand or permitted by distributor To use your voucher you must make your initial holiday enquiry via our website, in-store or by Telephone.
